How to apply MBA in UTAR?

Completed the Application Form.
Request the referee forms to be filled up by my employer(s) Mr. Vincent and En. Zul.


How to apply/fill up the application form for postgraduate programmes offer by UTAR?

Once you confirm that you are/have:
1. decided the postgraduate programme you are going to enroll
2. eligible and meet the entry requirements of the postgraduate programme
3. decided the month of intake (Jan, May or Oct)
3. Malaysian
4. taking Structure C postgraduate programme

Then,
Step 1
Download and print out the application form for free.

Step 2
Using ONLY BLACK ball pen and BLOCK (capital) letter to fill up the whole form.
Fill up Section I. Personal Information completely (if applicable).

 
Step 3
Fill up Section II. Details of Candidature 1. & 2. The rest are for Structure A's programme applicant. Leave them blank.

Step 4
Fill up Section III. Academic and Professional Qualifications completely (if applicable).


 


Step 5
Fill up Section IV. English Language Proficiency and Section V. Working Experience.




Step 6
Fill up Section VI. Study Pursued at Similar Level and Section VII. Financial Support. (if applicable)
Section VIII. Immigration Visa and Section IX. Accommodation are for international student. Leave them blank.

 
Step 7a (Goto Step 7b)
Fill up Section X. Referees. Read Section XI. Pursue Study at Other Institutions.
And, signature at Section XII. Declaration by Applicant.
 
Step 8a (Goto Step 8b)
Photocopies all the necessary document(s). Final check all the attached document(s) are in place according to Section XII. Checklist.
Section XIV. Submission of Form are just some information.
 
Step 7b
Look for two (2) referees to fill up the following form. Please print one (1) set for each referee, total two (2) sets.

After completed, sealed the two (2) referees' form into two (2) envelope respectively.
 
Step 8b
Prepare non-refundable processing fee RM60 in the mode stated.
 
Step 9
Submit the form with other necessary document(s) to UTAR.
 
 
The document(s) needed to submit together with the application form are:
 
(i) Certified true copy of Identity Card (front and back);
(ii) Certified true copy of the full official transcript of your academic record and certificates for all studies at the undergraduate level, postgraduate level (if any), or other equivalent qualifications. Transcripts must show all subjects taken including failures, marks, and/or grades awarded with an explanation of the grading system;
(iii) Certified true copy of SPM certificate;
(iv) Certified true copy of the English Language Proficiency Test results (if any);
(v) Certified true copy of membership of professional bodies (if applicable);
(vi) Referee Forms from the two referees (in sealed and signed envelopes);
(vii) A non-refundable processing fee of RM60 (for Malaysian applicant) in Cash/Money/Postal Order/Bank Draft/Banker’s Cheque or Personal Cheque made payable to "Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman".
(viii) Four (4) passport-sized colour photographs
(ix) Two (2) self-addressed envelopes, one measuring 7" X 10" affixed with RM1.50 stamp and another measuring 3.5" X 6" affixed with RM0.60 stamp (for Malaysian applicant);
(x) Letter of scholarship/sponsorship, etc. (if applicable)
